США
Добавлен 27 май 2014

Using interactive video, MWAETC ECHO offers weekly online lectures and case discussions, providing real-time clinical discussions between community providers and a multidisciplinary panel of HIV experts, including Infectious Disease, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Pharmacy, and Case Management. HIV experts provide a short clinical HIV update and in-depth educational case reviews and foster mentoring relationships between the HIV expert panel and ECHO participant, as well as developing a peer learning and support network in the region.

What about combination of dolutegravir + (tenofovir+emtricitabine) in first line of treatment
very useful information. thank you
One of my friend told me to try *4HerpesCure .Com* to get rid of my Herpes. I tried this Program and I got great results...So I am recommending this product to all you guys....
I am not the type of person that write testimonials but I feel like I really need to give thanks to this cold sore treatment solution *4HerpesCure. Com* regarding how effective these techniques are. I observed a big development right after just 48 hours. This early morning, the Herpes were almost unseen as well as cured.
Thank a lot for this video very useful.
For thinkers
I love this presentation, preparing to take NAPLEx in 2020
Scaryyyy
So scary.
Yeeaaahh scary than hell
I have in 30 days after get the Hiv first virus. And i have take aintibodt and antigen test and i am no reaction. What do you thinl about it..? I am healthy..?
now u are positive or negative sir?
Negatif sir..
Nice
*what bullshit. Trick dumbass humans that don't know Jack shit and can't think. This is nonsense junk.*
Aids exposure test, check for groin sores, hemmroids, needle tracks. Over 90% of HIV infected will have 1 or more of these 3 symptoms
There's no more sound after 12 minutes
Wat if a patient has pneumonia? Bi lateral. With blood cell count bellow .7%
So interesting. The human body is a fascinating thing.
I'm here to see what happened to al Capone.
what effect do large blast have or hits to the head ie parachuting in general
Am going through the testing now. Way too many times hitting that "6th point of combat" and blasts.
thanx ,great presentation
Wow, really fascinating and progressive stuff. Are you also servicing hiv+ clients as part of a larger ID clinic or exclusively PrEP?
Wonderful presentation. Thank you!
Thank you!
i assessed my self in processing speed and working memory can say im average
What happens when aids kills everyone with hsv like happened in Swaziland?
@12:35 what if i took only 1 truvada plus 1 isentress everyday for 28 days ?
Thank you for your thorough presentation of CMV.
Had exposure twice in 8 days through unprotected sex. Did ELISA test at day 35 post-exposure, it was negative. However, bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy persists up to now with low grade fever. Tested negative for malaria, salmonella. CBC revealed neutrophilia. Any advice on how to proceed? Was of course advised to repeat ELISA test after 4 weeks by one lab and another lab advised repeat after 3 months from second exposure. Wouldn't it just be better to do a PCR test instead to avoid all the confusion?
very informative and good coverage ! cuts straight to the chase :)
The chart on 8:35. I read somewhere else insertive anal risk to top is much great (equal to receptive anal) if uncircumcised . true? Also receptive anal infection rate for receptive anal at 1.4% seems really low... that's 1 in every 70 exposures with an infected top.
..
I am on Dolutegravir only, but combined with Lamivudine and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumulate. Anything unique with these combinations please? I am a bit scared I have been controlling my viral load to undetectable level for 20 years now
Я принимаю,мне нравится без побочные.
When nasvac available in countries like in india
I'm on that medication.
Im dying of aids and I cant get treated because I'm hiv negative and doctors prefer to see me die than to break protocols and give the antiretrovirals also my wife is almost dead already
Fuck your life :))
Demand a viral lad test. That will surely detect the hiv
@@desmulhern6872 haha. You dumb as rocks. But that is expected since you are human
@@johnjones9270 yes. Agreed
Thanks
Around 7:58" You mentioned about p24 particle and said some thing unclear about its presence in all the strains of hiv..... You used the word occasionally......do you mean it is seen in all the strains of hiv or it misses in some strains..... Pls answer , your statement is confusing at that point of video.
No one is clear with the HIV testing protocol , they always use the words ( interpreted- supposedly- let's assume ) even in the CDC website there is no guarantee when the particular i individual will become positive for the test.
@@johnjones9270 my question is different, stop giving scary answers to people.....
@@johnjones9270 exactly it is bullshit and there is also no scientific proof that HIV has anything to do with aids.
@@phanibhushan2726 HIV cause aids is already scarring the fuck out of everyone. Same how mommy tells you that you will burn in hell if you don't believe Jesus and if you sin and have sex..it's trash. Uneducated fools
No that test if very deceptive. HIV is harmless bullshit at most. Ask the inventor of PCR Kerry mullis. He talks about it or Peter duesburg and several others .its a trick. I am not gonna bother to elaborate. Don't take my word for it please. You must learn about it yourself. Because now you have no idea .
Ótimo!!!
How should I buy tablet
A friend of mine was raped and after reporting it the rapist said it never happened and that she was making it up because she only reported it a couple of daus later because of shame. Two weeks later she had abnormal discharge and discomfort so she had a swab done that revealed tricamonia! With this new evidence they had the RAPIST you've a swab and he had a much more advanced stage of the cells present. He was asymptomatic but the original carrier of the STD. Nonetheless he was subsequently charged with her rape and forced to pay for her emotional and physical damage and jailed for his actions! In this case... had he not given her an STD he would have gotten away with rape!! The thought alone makes me shiver...
Nancy Long hey thanks for your comment I just wanted to know if your friend ended up with hiv as well? I have a friend I’m doing research for but I can’t find much on the topic.
Thanks Allot Thank u from India 🙏🙏👍👍
What is ESRD using PP's?? What do they stand for? Thx
I was now switched by my doctor without me even knowing it. Changed to Epclusa. I'm pissed actually. They say it's not in the formulary?? And said since I'm not serious, cirosic liver etc, that my insurance prefers for me to use Epclusa before Mavyret. Has anyone heard of that?? Thank you
whats the differences or similar aspects of mavyret and Epclusa?? thanks
I'm soon to get meds for Hep c treatment. Looks like mavyret??
That did nothing for me the hep came back after i did them''

Test in 90 days is absolutely conclusive?
Debraj Bhatt Yes!!! Tested negitive both in June 2018 (30 days out) and September 2018 (105 days out). Took a 4th Generation HIV 1 & 2 duo/combo Antibody test (has a 95% accuracy in 30 days after possible exposure and 99.7% accurate after 90 days) along with a HIV 1 RNA QL TMA (99.7% accuracy after 30 days). Both test was be a blood draw taken to a laboratory for processing (NOT a rapid test). The 4th generation HIV 1 & 2 Antibody test is far better than the previous HIV 3rd generation test, which required retesting at 90 days. The 4th generation duo HIV 1 & 2 Antibody test along with an HIV 1 RNA QL TMA (early detection test) will be given to be conclusive that you are HIV negative. The HIV 1 RNA looks for the actual HIV DNA in your system and has pretty much replaced the Western Blot. Both HIV vaccines SAV001H & HVTN 702 have both advanced to Phase III trails!
Mr. M A J E S T I C XIII . Blackstruggle77 hi was exposed at 25 August and I di 2 teste lab 4 th generation and one 5 generation hiv test 21 January was last non reactive all . I need go next month can I do both 4 generation and hiv rna?
No one is clear with the HIV testing protocol , they always use the words ( interpreted- supposedly- let's assume ) even in the CDC website there is no guarantee when the particular i individual will become positive for the test. When someone tested positive outside of the window period they will define it as a rare case or whatever , for your safety get tested at 6 months or more.
John Jones Thank you,I go very soon to test again
@@johnjones9270 don't create panic in people...... Hiv tests are conclusive in 6 months.... Western blot all proteins negative shows u r negatibe ... .. No reason for testing positive later after a year...... Antibodies will surely form in 28 days average..
So hiv is basically a parasite 🦠

A quick exposure test for hiv, check for groin sores or hemmroid or you shared needles. Fail at any of these 3 you should get pep treatment within 72 hours. Reference, 1. Washington University study of hsv, hiv completed in 2006. 2. Who global study of hsv 2003. 66.7 % adults African hsv infected. 3. Who global study of hsv 2012. 31 % of adult African had hsv. 4. Swaziland number of new hiv positive people have declined by 43 % since 2010.
